DISC Program

Our DISC program helps parents understand and support their children's different personality traits. DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, representing four key behavioral styles:

  • Dominance (D): Focuses on assertiveness and leadership. Parents learn how to encourage their kids to take initiative and handle challenges confidently.

  • Influence (I): Emphasizes social skills and persuasion. The program helps parents teach their kids to build relationships and communicate effectively.
